3- To enhance the ability of learner/students to provide an objective and critical advices which are qualitatively different from that of private consultations.
4- To support aid organizations and institutions with training, cultural orientation, and consultations.
5- To provide opportunities for continuous education in the field of humanitarian assistance.
6- To provide relief workers with opportunities to obtain academic qualifications.
7- To build the capacity of African NGOs & CBOs.
8. To act as a repository for knowledge, in the form of Researches, Scientific journals, Databases, Symposiums, and Conferences.
